Taking out the ride for a So Cal cruise

So it was nice last night to get out and cruise a VW on a pretty nice day last night with my dad in his car. It was the first trip longer than a ¼ mile we had taken the new motor out on. We have finally gotten the car to run mid 12’s and cruise the streets all day long, so it was a good night all in all to rectify that. And it is nice to be in So Cal and see all the cars out for a night and meeting up at Nick’s…but damnit. I froze my ass off last night! But it was good to see some cars I haven’t seen in awhile and helps me to look forward to a great year in ’09 and the VW scene.
