WTB '67 US spec Headlight switch

I'm looking to buy a 1967 US beetle headlight switch, the after market switches don't seem to cater for this year. If any one has one with the following description on it please drop me a Pm

The switch is the rectangular aluminium type, with a 10mm locking collar . It has the following connections.

30 (x3)
56 (x1)
57 (x2)
58 (x1)
58b (x1)

Maybe you can ask chris morrice on vinyllives@hotmail.com. He has broken some 67 beetles up. Maybe he can help you with one. He lives in Oakland Ca, so it has to be shipped.
