Last time at race I made a big bummer got it in first gear instead of third around 8000 rpm gearbox did not like it
Now some says I could run with vertical shifter problem solved
But I have always heard it will shift to fast
So I will like to know is there anybody out there running with dog ring and vertical shifter ?
Thanks John

John

I have used vertigate with syncros Shocked Worked fine and didn't chew them up, lasted all season without any problems, then just freshened them up during winter, now I have pro rings/slick shift and go a season at least without needing anything, the thing for me is adjust the stops correctly on shifter, it takes time and most problems I see are from over shifting and banging past were it needs to be. I do always use clutch to shift though

cheers Richie
