I'm trying to understand what the differance in senders are ...? ....Whats the skinny on identifying VDO senders switches..? What do the markings on them tell you ..? How do you read them...? and also where does the idiot light and gauge hook up on the sender (G and Wk)...?...I was told "G" is for the gauge and "wk " is the idiot light ..?..is this correct..?...... Huh

KaferD,
Ok, here's what I know ...
As for the pressure stats, 1 Bar = 1 atmosphere which = 14.7 psi
The 0 - 10 bar spec on the sender means it is for a 10 bar or 10X14.7=147 or 150 psi gauge.
.8 +/- .3 means the 'idiot' light comes on @ 11.7 +/- 4.4 psi, so 7.3 to 16.1 psi.
Indeed, G = gauge & WK = warning light or 'Warnblinkleuchte'
Not sure on the 30/15 spec/listing ... ?
And indeed, the stock warning light switch has a lower spec for light illumination: .15 - .45 bar = 2.2 - 6.6psi
Hope this helps!
Take care out there KD!
