Volkswagens have been invited to attend the Labor Day Festival held at the Phoenix Club in Anaheim.
The Phoenix Club is the German cultural center that hosts the So-Cal Vintage VW TREFFEN
held on the grounds every other September. VW owners are asked to bring out their cars and
enjoy the good German food, music and atmosphere. The car display is sponsored by Wolfsburg
West and Commonwealth VW, owners of the first fifty cars will get a free T-Shirt and all Vee-Dub
owners registered will get a free German beer (or soda). Cars will be parked on the grass of the
soccer field, with some on display inside the Beer Garden area. Hot Dog Fred will have the FOOSE Bus on display, Max will be there, and there will be a variety of street cars, race cars, Busses, Vintage, custom, anything Volkswagen on display.

So . . . if you are going to be in So-Cal this Labor Day Weekend, stop by the Phoenix Club on Sunday, August 31 and check out the Vee-Dubs. It’s free to get in . . . if you bring a Volkswagen you’ll get a free beer . . . and if you are one of the first fifty cars to register, you will get a very cool t-shirt. How can you beat that?
