Did you already run the MS230 heads Richie and hurt those?
Hope they can be welded and meachined back to original condition.

Must have been cool though to run against Roger Crawford in the Ghia anyways!

No this is still the little motor, the 4inch motor with Johannes heads is still on the bench, because of he lbs/CI rules here my car would need to weigh 2400lbs + to run the big engine so I havent been able to try it yet

cheers richie,uk

Richie Just let me drive it -- that should get you over the weight limit with the BIG motor with no problem LOL

I was going to suggest passenger rides... Grin

This car was there last year, VERY cool with all the right parts. He drove it around all weekend, but he was having some problems on Sunday and I don't think he made a good pass

Scott Moses offered me up a ride from the VW dealership to The Wagen in this beast, the passenger side seat tracks have begun to pull up from the pan, holding on was interesting to say the least!! Shocked Thanks for the ride!!

Other than that, scored a few bits in the swap on windy Sunday (that SUCKED), I won $90 in about 5 minutes Friday night (actually EARLY Saturday morning), and the three of us blazed through a handle of Jack and 48 beers, so the details are fuzzy! Cheesy
