Hi,

I need to check my valve to piston clearance. Does anyone know where I'd get a lightweight spring to just hold the valve on the seat? I'd prefer to do this rather that use an outer Chevy spring if possible.

May sound like a stupid question, but what spring could I use? Is there something out there specific for this or is it another "make do"? I might be reaching in the loft for my old R/C car stuff from when I was a kid and use a cut down shocker spring unless there is anything better out there......

Thanks for the help.
