Vapour blasted case, like brand new!!!!
Coated head studs, so that the water can never corrode them.
Stainless exhaust studs and nuts
Stainless case bolts and washers
Plated head bolts
Blasted and reground to VW spec, 228mm flywheel
STD mains, STD big ends! I only use the best selected cranks that have not been ground
Forged 4340 Chromoly, Shot Peened, 3/8 bolts, 24mm pin, I-Beam Rods, rods are the weakest link in the waterboxer, so this is a must!!!
German Kolbenschmidt bearings
Victor-Reinz gaskets
Reconditioned Heads, new valves ect,ect
Ported heads, cleaned up all casting marks, valve seat to port blending
New black rocker covers and spring clips
Mahle Pistons & cylinders
30mm blueprinted oil pump
All heads and cases are painted blue with oil and fuel resistant, hard wearing paint, to stop oxidation and corrosion (this does not affect the cooling ability of the waterboxer)

hi there new to this site so please bear with me... haha.. im ineed of some help?? 2night and over the next few im stripping and re building my 1.9 water boxer and after some help/advise?? also some coated head studs?? alsop very interested in your engine and want to no what kind of power they push?? could i put 1 of your 2.1 engines in my  van?? do you have a number i can contact you on?? hope you can help...?? would be much appriciated thanks ben
