For the first time ever, the total shipment is lost... Via the tracking, my wheels (12pc) were received into Denmark 28.6. and after it -no signs of those. They were all polished VW aluminium wheels: 2 pc 4x130, 10 pc 5x205. The shipping company has now been looking for those many days and nobody knows where they are. As they told me today -they may be stolen...

So if you see on the markets brand new polished VW- wheels, street and racelight -you can have a reward, the real owner is here.

I will add the list here soon:

4x130 2pc  3.25"x15" racelight welded

5x205 2pc 3.25" x15" street bolted

5x205 2pc  3.25"x15" racelight welded

5x205 2pc 3.5"x15"  street welded

5x205  2pc 7"x15" street welded

5x205 2pc 6"x15" racelight welded

 Huh

Sorry to hear this! Did you hold the shipping company liable yet? They only refund around 3 EUR per kgs so I hope you have a transport insurance? I'm a transport/marine surveyor for my living so I you need help let me know!

Hi Jussi

I might be able to help you with the contact to the shipping company. Email me the details and I'll see what I can do.
It would not hurt to put some pressure on them and make them look harder.

Had the same here in germany some years ago. Tracking said , that they reached germany (frankfurt) for customs . Then they were lost and no more tracking was possible. Then ,over 3 month later , i got the information to come to the customs service in Dortmund , where i live !!!! The wheels were there and i had to pay my fees. No one could tell me what happened and where the rims where in these over 3 month long period...
Which you all the best !

Hah-haa. We found our lost wheels... Unfortunately the shipper only asked me to fill in the form and ask for the money back from them, but my friends brother in Denmark(professional shipper) took this as a personal matter and did a huge work and finally found them. Happy end and i am getting those home next week.

What we can again learn of these days shippers, they really dont care much of the parts, if the parts are missing they just want to pay you out...
