Title: DCNF Problem. Please Help!
Post by: Fasterbrit on May 22, 2008, 21:50:42 pm
Hey all. Got a problem with a pair of 40 DCNFs on a 1641. Fuel keeps pumping through the accelerator pump jets at 1500 rpm and above. It seems to spurt with the pulses of the engine. Pump diaphrams are fine. However, there aren't any ball bearings or springs in the accelerator pump jet feed orifices. I have checked the Weber manual exploded diagram and can't see any mention of them. I know Dells and IDFs have them, but should DCNFs?
Please help ???

You were totally right Tom - adjusted the axial play on the mainshafts and no more fuel pulsing through the pump jets 8)

Big thanks!
