Title: Humphrey Motors VW plate frame?? Post by: kafercup on August 15, 2008, 19:23:41 pm I know some of you are serious plate frame collectors. I'm in need of a Humphrey Motors VW (Hayward CA.) plate frame to go with my car. The car has been in the family since new and was purchased at that dealer in late 1970.
