Here is a shot of the BERGLAR with Gary Berg driving.  We were at the 1996 Berg Cruise final destination at VW headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Gary was at the wheel in front of the VW Headquarters with Sally Eberle (VW Customer Service Rep) riding along. Gary left two deep impressions on the front drive of VW of America with the BERGLAR, forever leaving his mark.  Rick Zavala owned the car at this time but threw GARY the keys and said go for it.

This and many other things on this first cruise made for some great memories.

Here is another angle of the BERGLAR doing the infamous VOA Headquarters parking lot burnout. You can see Sally Eberle (of VW of America) riding shotgun in the passenger seat. This was one ride she never forgot. As usual, the BERGLAR did not fail to entertain!

The pair of rubber marks on the ground in front of the BERGLAR were the one's I had just laid down with my TEAL GREEN 67 looker...Standing to the right front of the car is none other than Brother Doug Berg.
