Track cost,paying the people that work there,all the facility's etc Jeepee plus the prize money i guess.

When i race in curacao those are the cost they told me thats why you pay a fee.

Winning some classes=big bucks sometimes Grin

But the entry fee isn't the only thing that costs money. You need to go their, gasoline, food and drinks. Pff for a student like me it is quitte a lot of money.

That's true Stanford. But Bittburg maybe costs me 180 eur for a complete weekend (gas, food etc) including a dash plague and tshirt Tongue.

I didn't compete Stan, still have a stock 1200. But I don't believe you have to pay more for competing than just the entry price.

Udo,for a FIA/MSA event it is £150 at Santa pod,which includes electric hook up or £125 at Shakespeare raceway,which doesnt include the electricity.
This would be for a 3/4 day event.

For our Outlaw meets at non MSA events it is usually £20/25 entry per person to the event
 and £25 for the weekend to run your car on the track per person

I agree Jesse,sadly i dont make the rules on entery fee's
There are reasons for the amount of money they ask i suppose Grin

At the international dragway in curacao we pay about 150 euros for the fee
including elec.hookup and other costs Grin
