These ARE 68-69 items as I have just removed one exactly the same from a 1968 beetle.

Here is my friends email address danny - matt.elms@thegrove.co.uk - he says he will take them, so just drop him an email to arrange shipping etc,

You are Right Tom at least in the USA they did not use the double finger till 71 and later
