Title: Thick wall 87mm cylinders?
Post by: leec on February 18, 2020, 12:12:28 pm
Can you get them? I'm sure I read somewhere you can get 87mm cylinders that are thicker at the head end '(90.5 bore)

I know AA do them for 88mm.

Wishful thinking on my part :)

Can I sleeve them to make the outside diameter of the barrel the same as a 90.5 barrel?

I like your idea of making oddball one-off parts.
My friend made his own one-off crank for a 2000+hp rotary.
Here’s a pic of his spun cast cylinder slugs ready for customizing into whatever size you want.
