VW Greats mags from the '70s in excellent condition.  Many/most have features on gassers of the day. All prices are U.S., buyer pays shipping. 

Available are:

December 1974: feature on Kawell's "The Ghia". $12

Unknown date but has EMPI-prepped engine and '70s metallic custom on cover: extensive exhaust system article, pictorial on bug-in at OCIR, no specific one just general informational piece; customization articles with period interior accessories, shifters, etc. $12;

Summer '71 issue: tech articles on cams/carburetion, article on engine builders, couple pages on "muscle beetles" including pics of Lightning Bug I, Underdog, etc.; $12;

February 1977 issue: Bob McClure's turbo drag sedan plus tech on turbocharging, Bug-IN 17 feature; $15;

June 1975 issue: article on building a bracket racer on the cheap, Italy I on cover (but no feature unfortunately). $12;

August 1976 issue: feature on Keith Goss's chop top, feature on Bug In 16; $12;

August 1975 issue: feature on John Preston's Race Shop Ghia, Bug-In 14 article, tech article on Treuhaft line of camshafts; $15;

August 1977 issue: Deutschland Express on cover but no feature; there is, however, a feature on a turbo'd sedan called "Insanity." $12;

December 1975 issue: feature on Jim Logudice's '67 Bug; $15;

Fall 1971 issue: Inch Pincher Too feature, article on shifters and their features; $20
