Hi Turtle,

thanks for the compliments, also Fabian, who send me an Email!

Still waiting for my 2276, but it will/must be ready for the 2007 season. Last year it got a ton of modifications to squeeze the big motor into the engine compartment WITH the IDAs, including a swingaxle sub frame with IRS mountings, a Rancho Pro Street gearbox, new paint in the engine bay and rear wheel arches, an so on.
Cheers,

Georg

Hi Zach,

the Ghia was IRS and will stay IRS!  ;)
In the end it's more of a street car than a race car. I will be happy if I dip into the 13 secounds.
Cheers,

Georg

HAHA  that's funny!!  ;D

Great looking stuff Georg, realy nice, but myself I would think twise about using Urethan bushings in a IRS setup. Due to the less than perfect geometry VW used there.
Maybe this drawing makes sence?
