Keep on going henri, a summer without the crazy frog would be a bitch.
I bought the same transmission as you and Michael are running by the way.

Nice Jesse but the ratio s would be on the long side for youre small engine ,you are better of with a irs tranny
i know because with the 1.9 wbx and a smal turbo it boged on the line but if you run 14" tyres 5" wide you could give it a go but you better of with a irs close ratio.

hello i had a lot of progress lately on the car  ,
i worked on the superchargers nose ill shortend it and welded some parts and made a poulie ,
i also started with the wiring for the efi and placed a efi pump filter and presuure regulator ,
i also placed the batery in the front of the carand replaced the fuel tank and rail
it realy taking shape now,
now its time to make all the electiric to work ,and place the engine this time everyting has to be right
to race in drachten and bitburg i take my time for it to do it properly ,
so i hope to get it in the 12s in bitburg  ,its only a smaal 1.9 on a heavy street legal car.
here are some pics enjoy.

Finally i started to build my automatic race tranny for my car.
i hope this would gif me better and consisant  times as i am going to shift  electric controled by the ecu
and with the use of a transbrake i have to get good reaction times .
i wil start on the transbrake/line lock/trottle stop as soon as the light is green i only have to release the button it wil go full trottle and shift automaticly on the quartermile ,i am building a vw 010 with loads of mods i wil keep you updated
the hardest part is to fit the tranny in the car and make the suspention correct

Looks like our little talk about the trans made you enthousiastic. Have fun building it , that the main thing. I've enjoyed myself in the garage too this week, UN1 is open and looks good inside.

So today i fitted the auto trans in the car after a lot of flame cutting
now must i see how i get everything conected .
and change the rollcage and make a strong fit .
i have only 1mm left on the irs side but thats  enough.

Hi i already figured out what i wil do with the axles.
today i worked on the bellt tensioner i made a double pulley that wil drive the alternator by a serpentine belt.
next thing to do is make proper brackets and polish them .
i am going to make a new plenum that goes to the double chargecooler and thn back to the engine with a blow of valve in it .
I also did some cutting on the chassis and body today .
next is to buy some iron and weld a new sub frame and connect it to the rollcage .
Yes its going to take shape i am getting close to have my full automatic blown drag bug with two kirkey seats and
interieur so i can cruise around town in the summer with my kids and do big burn outs the old v8 jaguar is no fun annymore, also because they help me with the project and they like it,
