WOW!! That did IT for me... VERY nice! Mostly due to the fact that the rear wheels fit the arch so well. Must be original length axles I guess?

I like the car better without the Spintstars and GTV badge. Too bad someone doesn't produce a factory-like trim piece to go around the one piece windows that goes around the entire opening. One of the main reasons I've never had those in my cars. But then again... I'm weird and like stuff to look congruent.

 Grin

Anybody know what kind of seats those are?

I liked the first shot with the BRMs, without the GTV badging Roll Eyes And the seats are the ony part of the car that I don't like!

I agree, but then its pretty hard to make a '67 look bad IMHO.

Touchè, Louis. Well said. Thank God I haven't seen any dorkrides of that year. Mostly early or late cars.

is that yours yvre?? i thought it looks bad ass from the first pic i saw of it!! (i think in the DDD pics thread)
but looking at it again... you fitted "sparkaefer" fenders and a new bumper since the crash didn't you?

cool! looks like we're getting more and more "US" '67s in Europe, hence my plans for this winter  Grin  Grin

Yep. I've always preferred US models over european ones - the crash was just the right opportunity  Roll Eyes
I still need to find a genuine left fender however - the one I mounted in Bitburg is an old repro.
