Title: FOUND...Early shot of the Precision Bug Builders Drag Car (stock length)
Post by: rick m on February 24, 2010, 08:19:40 am
Hey Eric Justis...here is a really early shot of the precision bug builder car. I was going through some old event photo boxes and came across it.  Thought you would like seeing this one. Not sure you've ever seen this one. It was taken at one of my early Phoenix Bug-O-Rama events.

Yeh, Rick. I've got that one hanging up in my garage (thanks to you so many years ago). I'll have to dig out photos of it before we had the lettering done.

It looked kinda cool when you guys lengthened the front end too.

Actually, when Rick decided to lengthen the front end, I was focusing more on my car and my cousin didn't like the way it was done and went on to other activities. It sat untouched for a number of years until Joel Mohr and Clyde Berg bought/drove it with a Kadron powered motor a few years back. Joel still has the front end in the rafters of his shop (or at least he did a year ago).
