Same here, I was only able to go today, the girlfriend had to work saturday and she wanted to come with me. You just have to keep on cultivating that, the more she likes the shows and cars, the more cars I'm allowed to buy. It's a bit of a win/win  Grin

And indeed, nothing but rain. I haven't seen to many nice cars either, but it was pouring down, so not to surprising. I was told saturday was great, and not only because of the weather!

I did buy some stuff, droppes spindles for the 66, to lower it even more and at the same time soften the ride. And then a set of two Porsche 914 seats to be retrimmed for the 66 as well.

I also had hoped to meet up with some loungers, but they probably crawled back in their holes because of that rain.

It was nice to see you again Peter  Wink
We had lot's of fun with the Split window.  Grin We built it in some afternoon the last 3 weeks with 2 other friends. Just for fun.  Wink
And we were awarded by a special prize  Shocked
People could just not believe this thing was alive.  Cheesy Cheesy
Fabian, you should have call me. Cry I thought you didn't come because of the poor weather today. Cold and rain all day long  Undecided
But Friday and saturday were really nice.
And the buggy is a sam trac. A Belgian made fiberglass buggy around a tubular chassis with a rear end of a type3, type 2 front beam and a t1 engine of course. Only 35 of those were build. They were used in Africa for hunting safari. Driver in the centre and 2 hunters on each side.

Not a lot's of cal look. But some interesting German look and resto cal.  Wink

I also took just a few photos.  Here are 3 shots, one of the circuit during the parade.  Then a small wünderwaffe lineup:  my car, jelle's golden 67 and sam's stock notchback, he couldn't make it with the turbo ragtop and last a close up of my car.  I'm getting fabs manners I guess...  Grin  Wink
