Nice Photos Mark!

Thanks, Rick. Those are a great way to start a Saturday. That breakfast was pretty hearty, too. Thanks for the tip. We're always on the lookout for good eateries. [Homer voice]Mmmm, foood.[/Homer voice]

Yes that place is pretty good... It's only been open about 3 months... I dread the day that people find it. Then it will be hard to get in.

Most triumphant! Then, let it be written, and let it be said... it's ON.

Well... I just got some great news from the C&C people. I usually don't win things at any contest or raffle. Typically... no, always... that is reserved for my girlfriend. She's lucky at every raffle/contest type thing that she's attending. Today, it's finally my turn. I just opened my e-mail and turns out that I won two tickets to this place:

STOKED! Can't wait to get out there and see what happens. Haven't driven go-karts since my boys were in grade school. Used to take them on their birthdays. Much thanks and appreciation goin' out to C&C for making my day.

(edit) WOW! These people are just too cool... just found out that it also includes two drivers' licenses.

Yeah, that's just it... I never enter contests because I never win. And I'm okay w/that. But this was simply a random drawing. I think the only criteria was that the people/members had to have a minimum of twelve or twenty posts. I forgot. Anyhoo... pretty cool, nonetheless. I'm STOKED!

Weather was crappy on saturday morning but a couple of us made it to cars and coffee. It turned out to be a pretty nice day for a cruise.

Right on, Glenn! Thanks for sharing. Figures... the one time I don't go and Bill shows up.

Actually, we were in Arizona for my nephew's graduation all weekend. I have to meet one of the C&C webmasters, there, this Saturday morning to collect my tickets that I won. So I'll be there.

Some shots that I took at C&C, this morning. Saw Glenn's Bug out there today, but not him.

hey mark did you take some more pics of the M6? i want to see more of it to show my dad. his 635CSI is almost done. it still needs a lot of detailing in my opinion but it sure drives nice. 200hp, but has a grandpa feel to it because of the weight. but a very decent and lovely car in my opinion. and if you happen to know what colour the 3 series (vanilla one) is that would be nice to know as well.

thanks

Sorry Nicolas... the only shot that I took of the M6 was the front one. The car looked like basic white. There was the other Bimmer that was kinda light beige or off white, but that's a 5 series with Italian or some other European front side lenses. That's the shot with the front Euro plate.

If I see that white M6 next time, I'll gladly take some more detailed shots of it.

thanks. i really like M6's as they have a special look all of their own. the more i drive my dads car, the more i want one some day. but there are other BMW's that i like more, like a 2002tii,...

I saw this CSL during the '05 Classic weekend. Cool cars, but I'd rather have a 2002tii turbo Smiley

That silver CS is a great lookin' car. The big two door Bimmers were always my fave models when I was growing up. Thanks for sharing, Zach.
