Hey people - Me and my friend have just finished fitting a brand new 2" narrowed front beam and a CB performance disc conversion to his 63 looker - All seems fine but we are getting a little leakage from the NSF caliper at the banjo bolt  Sad

Has anyone esle had this probelm? Huh its seems to work its self loose after a few turns of the steering wheel but not eveytime Huh

We have got the beam set on it lowest setting and the caliper does come very close to the beam on full lock.

Hey Guys - It looks like we solved the problem, we replaced the original soft aluminuim washers supplied with the kit for some nice copper items and this seems to have worked.

I did also discover that the hollow bolts for the banjo/caliper/brake pipe were catching a little on the banjo part of the brake pipe which may have also helped to loosen the bolt.
