1. What someone do if they actually bought that?
2. WHY would someone buy that?
3. How is it an "icon?" (don't remember that car being icon status, ever)
4. All of that heavy modification and only meager sealed beam headlights?
5. Please consider using SpellCheck when posting ads online. "Cheepest" & "Beatle." HAHA!!

Sorry, couldn't resist.

HAHA!! I'm guilty of that, as well as John... that word, sometimes, remains in the rotation.

I don't understand... and perhaps I should go back and read that article in Hot VWs, but I don't recall ever hearing or reading that Chuck Calloway built that car?

Ahh, I see that you caught my feckless and rather meager attempt at wit. Even though I'm dreadfully unarmed, such as it were.

My opinion stands that if it can't be driven it's basically useless.  I'll admit it takes a whole lot of imagination, time and work to make a car look like that, but what's the point other than ego?  Of course, in fairness, I've never been a fan of the chromed-and-polished everything-including-the-brake-shoes type of show cars, just because they come across as so gaudy and overdone.

i remember the car back in the days........for me it was a absolutly highlight back then. U have to like it or not....the customstyle. But one is for sure.......today, with its newer mods and changes it looks way not as good as it looks in the 90s.
