Title: Does anyone else struggle to get parts from Geers Engineering?
Post by: Jonny Grigg on June 16, 2011, 19:46:41 pm
I urgently need some parts for my terminator carbs- acclelerator pump cams, pump levers and throttle lever arms.

Over some months I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls to Shawn to see if he can send me these low-cost items over to the UK...... Now I really need these parts- my race car will not be finished without them!

If there is anyone on here who could help me out, either by drawing his attention to my emails/this post or alternatively if you have any Terminator spares it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Jonny.

If ya can't get ahold of Shawn, try Jack S. @ JC Ent. in Santa Ana, Ca. USA. He has the parts you need also.

I got some parts from there a few months back- sent to Poland- very quickly.
 Maybe he went fishing?

I'm pretty sure everything you are looking for comes off of a weber IDA. No need to wait!

I ordered a couple of clutch discs from him a while back. Quick responses and answered phone straight away to take my card info.
After that, no answer and no parts...

I  called him and sent several messages and ordered a whole bunch of parts for a friends drag car. He took my order and billing stats after that no contact what so ever. If you are not going to send the parts just say so and we can figure somethinf else out but total silence is not a good way to get new customers. Have no idea why this is happening, saw him in feb and everything seemed ok.

Talk to Jack. He will help you out.
At least he has never let me down.
One time when he was out of the parts I wanted he even contacted a local shop and had them send me the parts needed. Now thatīs what I call customer support.
