Does anybody tell me why my new spool results wider than superdiff about 0.3mm? I am trying installing this piece of alu in my gearbox and it get stop just i tightening side cover  bolts. Is there something that i miss? I used spacer that was in superdiff that i got off thinking both diffs had same dimensions but it seems not! Bearings are fully seated but it does not work.
Does anyone had same troubles?

Why not.
because its not a drop in item  Grin.but you noticed that already.
This is how it works
Mesure youre backlash before removing the sd
Then mesure youre shim rings on each side
mesure youre spool dimensions
Then substract the amount of difference that you mesured
Then put the fkrr in and mesure youre backlash again you know wat to look for because you mesured it on the sd
If youre preload is also correct your good to go.

good luck gr henri
