well who can give me more info to me.
It's time for us to go with bigger cc engine so thinking of this case to make the work!
I know that a aloy case from CB or othe can easely handle the job but I like this case so... Grin Grin
I sent a mail to Scat with no answer so I even don't know if I can find one new!
The MAIN info I need is about how does it come out of the box (bearing line good or wrong(like so many now),oil gallery ...
I can imagine the normal work to do on case but I don't want to waste time buying totaly unuseable parts!(I already had bad surprise with hi po parts from brand name !!)
hope getting info Wink Wink

I think you will never find a case that is ok in the main bearing line . Most work like they are , but no one has the correct diameter and is straigth . I had one alumium case that must get bored for 1. oversize on the shoulder bearing, it was too big .
I had one autolines case fro a customer that was ok...

JR, Bernard Newbury uses Scat cased motors. I know Jack Sachette builds the engines for Bernie, so it might be worth e-mailing Jack. Wink

Most you can use the case as it is , some minor difference in boring is ok . I messure all new cases and give the bad ones back . Or i pull of the 8 mm  pins , make it straight , install oversize pins and shuffle pin the case . a lot of work but it is worth the work
