Spot on correct, OEW thickness [0.8mm], EDP coated with a 50-year rust through warrantee. A painstaking effort has been given to match these perfectly to the originals. Hinge differences and license plate light mounting between years are as original, not one size fits all. Vert lids come complete with rain trays. No longer will you have to take a second mortgage for a decent original convertible lid, punch vents in an original sedan lid or compromise with a fiberglass version. When finished, the only way to tell the difference between this and an original will be the lack of bodywork you’ll need on the original to match the quality of this lid [that and the extra $1500+ still in your pocket].

Six different versions available, 50-52, 53-55, 56-57+ in both sedan and convertible [with and without rain guards]. Perfect for a concourse restoration of a resto-custom. Cool your monster motor without having to pop your lid.
56-57+ Sedan - $375
56-57+ Vert - $550
56-57+ Vert w/o rain guards $550

53-55 Sedan - $475
53-55 Vert - $650
53-55 Vert - w/o rain guards $550

50-52 Sedan - $475
50-52 Vert - $650
50-52 Vert - w/o rain guards $550

4 piece rain guard kits available for $300

Lids shipped anywhere in the lower 48 for $50

I'll be down at the Florida Bug Jam with a few lids on Nov 9th. Call if you want to reserve one - 908-377-5577

That looks like a quality piece Cool
If you could tool up for early bonnets too I think the demand would be pretty big.

I got a chance to check these out at the Pasco Bug Jam. I have to say they look very nice and the price was reasonable.

The price seems very reasonable. Where are they being made? Overseas, I presume?

I guess that depends where you are writing from  Wink

Yes, they are made in China. Contrary to what many believe, you can produce quality products in China, it all depends on the folks who are making them and the quality control. Besides this lid, the guy who is making them has been making top-notch reproduction parts for tri-five Chevys and Ford Mustangs for more than 20 years. He also makes alot for Stoddard/NLA [356 Porsche] and Westcoast Metric [VW]. Alot went into this, almost two years of back and forth, test fitting and retooling to make them correct. You will not be disappointed. When folks like Lenny Copp or Humerto Lapa use them, you know they are good.
