Tom, in the next couple of months I'm going to try to get a batch of the inserts made - I'm missing about 8 from my 8-spokes. How many do you need?

i have had someone do a couple sets for me but i never heard anything back... i might have to get in though again and see if it is still possible.
as a sidenote i am not the biggest fan of the second style shown here. as they are not centering the rim. the cups, much like the BRM style are best. i have a set off aftermarket ones you can by, with inserts and all and again they do not center the wheel and leave too much of a gap between the cups and rim. so that is a sure way to ruin those rims. .

what i have are the cups, but bolted to the rotors with regular rounded bolts and not the studs. i however would like to have the studs as they are probally easier to work with when you bolt the rims on the car. now you have to center everything by hand AND bolt in the cup and bolt. so if someone has a set off lugs and studs laying around...
