Old trick that McNew did on his brown '67. I also painted the antenna base, reverse light housings, headlight & turn indicator bezels. Somewhere on The Lounge, I posted the pics back when I did all of that.

I like subtle details, like that.

Yes sir! That mirror replaced the lame round ones that I hate so much... was so happy when you donated that to my car, Fabian. After Rayburn air hammered out my right side mirror pin, and I installed your old mirror... it completed my car. Can't believe someone would put two round mirrors on that year. It's a CRIME, I tell ya!

Dannng, I bet that thing's got a 3/4 race cam, a foot print gas pedal and a Hurst speed shifter with a pool ball grip. One day I'll have a car that bad-ass. I'll be chirping gears and pulling brodies.
