Yeah, I know Sad Technically I think we need a late '67 panel... a real needle in a haystack, but I think we can make any 65-67 panel work.
Please look for one if it isn't too much trouble Smiley

First coat of high build primer. Looks so soft Smiley Can't even tell all of the metal work that has been done!

Found a sunroof panel in Tucson, it hopefully will be here today. Fingers crossed it will work...

This car is really starting to take shape. What color will it be?  I heard you had some wheels narrowed by Eric Vaughn.  He completed a set of front FUCHS for my chop top too.  Ended up with late model FUCHS that are only 4.5 inches wide. Will run 7's in the rear. Hope to have it on wheels by next week and then start on the 67 rear apron and deck lid.

Your project is really looking good.

Thank you so much everybody!!

The colour was going to be VW Blue (what the body we started with originally was), but I've convinced him to go outside of the VW/Porsche box :)I wont say what it is just yet, but it's really going to pop!

Eric cut down a 6" Cookie Cutter to 4 1/2" for the spare, and it has a 145 mounted to it. Superb work he did!

Will he not do a cash deal to come and finish the car at your place? Most people can't resist the lure of the almighty £$£$! Definately get the car back ASAP though, as Louis said.

The colour really changes depending on how much light is on it. It's BMW Laguna Seca Blue, as seen on 2002-2004 M3's. No metallic, just straight colour, done in single stage. It's about as loud and obnoxious as blue can get Smiley
