Should be in my driveway on Sunday...

1961 sunroof, restored 7 years ago and then taken apart to make a cal looker.  Gotta get a driveline together.

Great looking car!

But then again, I might be partial... seeing that I have a -62 Ragtop, freshly painted in its original hue Gulf blue!  Great looking color IMHO!   Wink

This is actually a great mental picture for me! Hopefully my car will be able to show an near equally good presentation. I got the same type runningboards (satin blue), clear front indicators, black BRMs (MWS mind you), new ... Will go with my black stayfast canvas top tough, and "euro" blade bumpers with short style bumper guards. Will probably swap this for some "funny looking brackets" (as you say!  Wink) once the 2165cc is propelling the car...  Roll Eyes

Damned, got to spend more hours in the garage, gotta get the speed up! Perhaps put these pics up as motivational posters as "what-could-be"!!  Cheesy Cheesy

You've got good taste buddy!  Wink

Cheers,

Maybe we should start a blue cal look car thread and see how many cars there are out there?

I cleaned it and changed the tank to the black powdercoated one.  It might get a set of centerlines instead of the BRM's.  Scott is building the 1776.
