Anyone using an oil accumulator on their drag race car?
Seems like a good idea particularly if you are not using a dry sump system

Dave, I think the CSP Ghia has one. I think they would be a good idea most of the time, especially on launching. Only problem i can see is if a case becomes "ventilated" suddenly, it's going to dump a load more oil everywhere.

 Cheesy
Hi Neil know what you mean but I'm trying hard not to think about that possibility.

Does the CSP razor edge still use a conventional oil pump then?
I suppose the answer is really dry sumping a big turbo race car but I saw a 2 qt Accusump for sale recently and it looked like a good option.
