what  pressureplate and flywheel should i run in my car. a 180mm or a 200mm? not sure what is best. the guy at the shop told me to get a 200mm plate it has more surface and will suit the engine and transmission better.

i have never thought about these things... so all help is welcome as usual

200mm, or a late type 1 bus 215mm one if you can find it

a type 1 based engine

78 x 94 engine reworked heads 42 and 37 and a W130 cam or the newer FK 4- series.

street and 2 times a year strip (EBI and DDD) hopefully.  Grin

200mm for sure.  Get a Kennedy Stage 1 pressure plate and their Gold disc.
