good job dave, they look nice. i got mine wrapped in michelin 155/14  Grin

Nice combo! I like how the 14's look with late 6's Smiley

i prefer 14x5.5 and 15x5.5  Wink
contrary to what i've been told those match very well as the 15" is just 7% larger and the spokes are identical. i'm hoping to post a pic soon. cos this one is off a while back before lowering the front an extra notch and a few other minor adjustments.

Looks really good Diederick!
I remember when you were detailing the wheels and how nice they turned out!

Long live the 14 Grin

<off topic> IMHO, nothing says Cal-Look like the rear of a '67 w/exhaust cut outs filled... nice job.
(like the license plate frame too  Wink)

Here's a pic of my late 69' beater bug with late 6's out back and 14x5.5 in front. Still have all the wheels too. Humm! I believe the tires are low and a little wide, I'll check and see what tire size I used and post.

thanks sparkieben. the wheels are 6" Centerline Convo star wheels on the back finnished in satin center, polished rim. the fronts are 4" Centerline Star wheels custom made for me by centerline because they dont make them with satin centers and i wanted them to match the rears.  i will put some update pics on here now

Especially considered the fact that they weigh approx 3kg - 9lbs without valves before you modify them  Smiley
