what type of stud bolts can i get out in the big world?

Hi
I need some feed back for what i need for my engine, i have seen that my bolt for the top breaks one my type1 because of the stress from the springs. The old one was 8 mm, is there a place where i can get 10 mm ARP 2000 bolt and mutter? or any thing else that are stronger than STD.
