Recently I rebuilt the engine in my wife's 65 which I originally built in 1999 and it has some 50,000 miles on it. Top end redone and good to go! I freshened up my 1904 originally, but it has quite a lot of miles and at 94,000 it let go.

And how is the engine holding up? Have you done a compression check lately? (it's good to check for a baseline number when the build is new) I was shocked at how worn out my 1679 was after that many miles! I think it was the Berg low CR tune it was in, yuck. When it stops running great, i'll figure out what the problem is and fix it.
