do front runners really make a difference if so what

is it noticeable in times etc

If you are running slicks then I say get front runners. I have read on here slicks/radial mix isn't a great combination

Radials on the front and low-pressure slicks on the back makes the car weave and shimmy when the speeds get up a bit, front runners keep it straighter at the top.
