Hi bullitt,
yes, it's my Imp. Based as closely as possible on the one owned by VW in the Autostadt in Wolfsburg, apart from the sidepods, which I prefer not to have. Got it finished just before the Winter last year so I have not really used it so far. Hoping for a good Summer this year - get well soon!

Lee - would love to get the Imp to Euro Bug-In but may be a bit tricky as I will be at Camberg the following week

Oh dear – you'll be very lonely. Camberg's a week before Bug-In!

congratulations laurie, very nice car....
i love metalflake and all settings.
seem comin directly from seventies!!!!
i'm particularly interested in tyre-wheel combo.
seem u have  15 inches sprintstars 8 rear 5,5 front
then farm implement tyres firestone 11L15 rear and 6.70-15 front, isn't it?

i would do implement on ther rear on my deserter but 14 inches wide oval on front on my deserter.
would put smoothies steeel wheels with chrome nipple 356 cap no logo.

monki thtat seem just like baja...but baja is just a little "drier" that green england lol!!!!! niiiice piiics!!!!!

Bullett,
spot on with the wheel/tyre combination. I am also in the UK and it was a lot of hassle finding suitable tyres in the UK so had the Firestones shipped from Florida. They are are not road legal here and are only speed rated for 25 or 35 mph but ride fine. UK and Europe  now use radial type tyres even for agricultural use. I have a set of road wheels/tyres but having seen the Imp with the Firestones the others look crap.
