Have the car listed on the SAMBA for $9800. Just finding an original ragtop oval this straight will cost someone $6,000-$8,000. I would not sell it if I did not need to attend to some business matters. With a big motor and finished, I know it would sell for over $20,000.

I can't buy the car but I could maybe attach a note to a pigeon if you fancied another form of communication thrown in there? Problem is it'd probably s**t on the paint.

Hey Rick, up at the top of the page you should see something like this: Hey, Zach Gomulka, you have 457 messages, 0 are new. Total time logged in: 28 days, 8 hours and 22 minutes. All Unread Topics Show unread posts since last visit. Show new replies to your posts. June 30, 2009, 03:33:22 AM In my case I would click on " 457 messages" and that sends me to my inbox

The Oval is joining the WOCKET and others among Russell Ritchie's Cal Look collection. Just finished talking with Russell and I could not be more pleased to have this car go to someone who appreciates the Cal Look and has committed himself to the preservation of our hobby and our culture. I am excited to see what Russell puts in the Oval for motivation and look foward to it on the street again.
We will consumate the deal after EBI3 and look for it in the future!
Thanks Russell! Can't wait to see it finished and on the road again.

I am proud of that car I built. It was my first car in 1979 as a stocker for my 16th birthday. lots of stories I can tell about that car. i street raced it in OC and won a lot. that car was painted by Pete Santini in 1984 and these pics are 2010 I believe. the car went through 3-4 changes over the years. I have no idea how many hundreds of hours I have working on that car.... I have tons of pics of it over the years as well.
