At the beginning of september i am going to order some lasercut parts, custom parts also available. Feel free to ask.  All  parts are S355 steel, which is about 30% stronger than normal  "plain carbon steel" or "mild steel". Wery goog to weld.


At the moment, these are on the order list: Weber IDA flanges, Wheel adapters, Transmount kit, Triggerwheels, Flywheel pullers etc.




At the moment i have these parts ready to go:


1 x set of -67 bus axle ends +3 degree caster  60e

I have ready drawings about these parts:

- Custom wheel adapters 5x205 -> 4x108 etc 100-170e / set

- Axle ends T1 -65 and T2 -67  50-75e / pair

-Triggerwheels basic 20e

-Triggerwheel custom 25-30e

- Sensormount 10e,

-Transmount kit T1 with brackets 50e
  
- Transmount flange for T2 30e

- Flywheel  puller plate for 200mm FW 25e

- Flywheel  puller plate Multi T1-T4-WBX  40e

-Intake flanges IDF/IDA   25-35e / pair

-Manifold flanges T1-T4 20-35e / pair

-Dual carb linkage bases, IDF/IDA etc, 35-45e / pair

-Rack and pinion bracket kit for BJ beetle 100e


Shipping varies to europe at 1-8kg amount of parts between 15-40 euros.


Need to pay before ordering. paypal (add 4%) and moneytransfer accepted.

Flywheel puller is made out of 6mm steel, M16 nut must be welded to center. There is no enough material thickness to make thread for plate itself. 6mm plate itself can handle about 500kg pulling force from the center if attached with 6 x M8 bolts.

Sensormount cost 20e including shipping.

Flywheel puller shipping costs are about 30-40, depends country. Norway about 30 euros. Due to weight, puller cant be sent as a letter.

At around easter i am going to order these parts, maybe little earlier perhpas, it takes about two weeks to them arrive to my door.


Also have an extra pair of these for IDF carbs with straight manifolds:
