yes,the headrests are still wrapped up,like the other seat,they are brand new,just took one out for pic,material for rear seat and slide+tilt mecanisms as well

merci fab

i figured it out that you need the original baseplate of your shifter to have the lock on the reverse. it shifts nice. good for the sqaureback (might have a hurst for sale now... thinking about it anyway)
