It was an awesome day!! Perfect weather for racing.

First run was a bit everywhere but still I ran a 10.97 213 km/h with a 1.47 60. Though a gasket decided it was no more and the enigne had a 4500 rpm idling roar on the way back.

We fixed the leaks and did some work on the shocks. Out for the second run, the car went straight out this time and I could feel it was quicker when the car did not stop as easily. Turns out I ran a 9.91 with 232 km/h and a 1.45 60. Awesome could not believe it!! We looked at the logs and saw that the cars revs dropped to about 4 000 in the start. So we turned up the starting revs to 7200. Also changed the shift light revs to.

Going out for the 3rd run I was very exited and determind. The start was a lot different from the two previous. More of everything. Turns out it was a 1.35 and in the exitement I missed 2nd gear kind of. The rest of the run felt quicker than the previous. But when going from 3rd to 4th the car started to loose momentum and I could feel the clutch dust coming in the car. Going be the car was not driveable. Had to be towed. Don´t know what broke yet. Though I was still a 10 seconds run.

Awesome day!!!

 Johan
