Title: Magneto on a mild engine Post by: louisb on November 23, 2009, 17:14:03 pm I think I might be losing it but I got to thinking about using my Vertex mag on the 1914 I am building for my buggy. Mind you its an extremely mild engine and a 010 would suffice, but the thought of the Mag hanging off the back of the buggy just sounds too cool. Someone tell me its a bad idea and save me from myself.

I ran a Vertex on my Okrasa TSV-1300 engine in my '51 Split-window and it's the way to go!

And just think this all started out with a 1.1 liter 25 hp motor. --louis |
