Title: DVKK CAR STOLEN!! Post by: Silas on December 03, 2009, 05:12:00 am hello everyone...i wasnt sure where to post this but i figured it would be best here because it does pertain to Cal-Look & hi-performace motors...
please keep your eyes & ears open for this car... a very good friend of mine and member of a local club (DVKK) had his black 54 oval window stolen early yesterday morning (december 1st 2009 between 12am and 7am) from his home in Vancouver Canada. please be on the look out for the car as a whole or for it's parts...porsche alloys, 2L ida motor, berg linkage, "volkswagen" hood script, "VW volkswagen" right rear fender script (the aristocast winnipeg kind), Orange Renfree license plate frame, ribbed doors, green upholstered seats, semiphores, heart tail lights, w decklid... this car very well could be in a container leaving canada or parts of it might start to come up for sale. there is a $1000 reward for any info that leads to the recovery of this car. if anyone feels like cross posting this to other avcw or car enthusiast forums, that would be very much appreciated! if anyone knows or hears anything, please pm me asap and i will put you in touch with the owner.
