Are those metal sunroofs really hard to find over there? Theres a nice looking blue stocker 67 on The Samba now for I think $6000. The Wife had a beige 66 awhile back. I don`t care for them myself. Rather have a hardtop or a ragtop.

Their not too thick on the ground over here , Ive personaly not seen a 67 goldie steel top myself , seen a few eairler cars and plenty of late one's .
Have a friend who's got a 69 with loads of history he's going to punt on in the spring .
Had a couple of 67 rags myself and I also prefer them , but this must be worth saving just to let the sun in on another cool looker  ::) ;)

I can only think of one 67 looker with a steel slider here in the uk and thats seedos "Black Bitch" he built a few years ago and thats lhd , so I think you could class them as rare

My old '67 has a steel sliding sunroof. Now owned by Heydon. I imported it from Oregon.
I have seen a few RHD drive ones over here, all victims to rust.

Interesting, I have seen a 65 ragtop here once but anything after 63 for those is rare here for sure.
