Title: Cool solution to global warming Post by: Black Sheep on January 25, 2010, 22:23:46 pm Ever thought you should get a bike to go to work on , don't have a license well you could get a road legal quad bike , but hay lets face it their not very cool .
Well how about a spot of recycling ? got to be good for the planet eh ? ever wondered where all the old dodgem cars go ? (http://i243.photobucket.com/albums/ff84/49-rag/securedownload-1-1.jpg) There are seven of these little monsters floating around California , and they're all the creation of one man, Tom Wright, a builder in the outskirts of San Diego who figured the leftovers of the Long Beach Pike amusement park needed a more dignified end than the trash heap. They were originally powered by Harley motors but they rattled like hell and Tom replaces them with Honda or Kawasaki 750's and a couple have been measured as capable of 160 MPH, which is terrifyingly fast in machines with such a short wheelbase. :o :o 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) Title: Re: Cool solution to global warming Post by: louisb on January 25, 2010, 22:40:57 pm There once was a man from Boston, who drove a little red Austin.
