He was able to blip the throttle as needed... kept his wheels straight... and you can bet EVERY one of his friends have seen that video :D I built my kids a full size sand rail for Christmas 1989... I'm sure Rayburn remembers it well. JSC two seat frame, 1776 w/ Zenith, IRS, close ratio gearbox... it was nothing (obviously) like the kids Dad's sand rail ~but~ even at the tender ages of SIX and EIGHT, both of my boys were able to ~safely~ drive that car on nearly every trail the adults went on... Personally, I liked it better than ATC's or Quads... much safer. OK, Back to the film... I bet that was not the first time for that kid behind the wheel! ~DR.
