Title: Francorchamp race track with a super beetle cup. Post by: j-f on February 15, 2010, 14:54:00 pm In October 2008, some friends took theyre ex beetle cup for a test day on the well known Francorchamp race track.
I thought I lost the video, but finally found it on the HD of my camera. It's a full on race car, with 944 turbo brakes, 944 turbo backand front end, 915 (not sure) gearbox, full cage, 2.4l type 4 built by Wheithal in germany, 17 inch slicks etc... The top back in the end of the 90 and early 2000! :D The passenger seat was barely fixed on the cage on moved back and forth while braking or accelerating ;D :o ::) But I really had a blast! :D The Escort Mexico was the only car that passed us.
