Just wondering if there were any other notible dragster's built by dean lowery other than the EMPI Dragster risiding in the Flat 4 show room ??? If so where are they now ??

I love the simplicity of the chassis and running gear of the Jouster , got any more Pix Fab's ?

Wonder what happened to it

he was destroyed in a run at ocir if i remember well
and danny zepeda  still have a door he had from heinz jung or lee leighton

lee leighton drove the jouster  when the crash arrived ,it was lee behind the wheels

 always according to danny this would be the steering wheel of the jouster
a riverside 500 but in 16"

in 64 empi built a dragster called sidewinder , joe vittone had the idea of the sidewinder

Agreed! I wasn´t aware that the Jouster was a tube car. Was the body all fiberglass?

Dean also built (or had built)... a tube chassis dragster when he was in Tucson, Arizona. Ran mostly in the sand, but did run at Firebird and 1/4 tracks in AZ. Never had paint, so it was bare aluminum body skin. Ran an ARPM engine. Now owned by Chris Morley.

Thanks for all of your replies as I know of all those dragsters/built drag frames. Well I have one of deans drag frames that I recently found and was wondering if anyone know's of another that was out of the lime light. I will post pic's later as I get more information on the one I recently uncovered. k
